Women's Self-Defense

With the statistics of women being the victims of violent crime increasing it is more important than ever that women have some training in the event of an attack. This seminar is geared towards real world situations. We do not teach any impractical fancy techniques or techniques that require years of training. We cover all aspects of self-defense for women, Preparation, awareness, avoidance and response. Even the legal and moral aspects are covered in this seminar.

These Seminars are open to all women from 12 years old and up. Special parent/childeren semiars are available for childeren under 12.

Subjects Covered:
Preparation
What you need to know and do in oder to prepare for the possibility of an attack.
How to Mentally, spiritually and physically prepare.

Awareness & Avoidance
Many times women have become victims because they were not aware of their surroundings and their situation. In this part we cover attitude, body language, danger signals and more.

Response & techniques.
In this segment we teach what you can do to survive if you are physically attacked. Techniques, weapons and items that can be used to ensure your survival if you're attacked.

How to survive the aftermath of a violent assault
This is the last segment of the seminar. Sometimes the emotional damage of an attack is much greater that the physical damage inflicted. In this part we teach survival after the attack is over.

Time: 12:00 pm sharp until 3:00 pm (with a 15 minute break)

Costs: $20.00 per person.

Limit: We try to limit attendance at 20 persons
