OCT 16th 2005
The Canadian MArtial Arts Center was in attendance for the Ohio invitational tournament
this weekend. Lesa Park the only student able to make the trip this time took gold in
every division that she competed in.
Great Job Lesa!!
Next year we are looking at having a large group to go to the spring tournament.

Sensei Millard conducted a Ground fighting seminar in Pepper Pike Ohio this weekend.
There were students from all belt ranknings in attendance from as far away as Pennsilvania.

The Canadain Martial Arts Center was once again in Ohio for the
Spring Millenium invitational Martial Arts tournament.
2003 Division Champions Lesa Park and Ryan Telfer from the
Canadian Martial Arts Center were in attendance along with
Katrina Ortelli, Carol Ortelli and Nancy Doeer.
The three students that competed this year took home 8 medals between them!

Sensei Millard Gave a Ground fighting Seminar at the TaiShinDoh
Karate headquarters. There were many in attendance from several different
schools from the northern USA.
The seminar was open to all belt ranks and styles.
The seminar covered basic holds and locks as well as more advanced
reversals, escapes and takedowns. It was a grueling and fun seminar,everyone
worked up a good sweat.
A special thanks to Students Lesa Park, Ryan Telfer and Katrina Ortelli for
assisting in the seminar.
