Self Defence


During this seminar students will learn in depth redirection,trapping,body movement. These basic principals will them be applied in conjunction with Offensive/Defensive striking techniques, arm locks and chokes. This seminar is meant to inspire the participants to look at what they do with a new understanding of why what they do works by looking at how it works.

These Seminars are open to all Martial Artists and is designed to benefit Basic to Advanced practitioners.
Certifications will be presented to all who participate

Subjects Covered: directional movement, redirection,trapping, body movement,arm locks and chokes


Time: 11:00 am sharp until 4:00 pm (with a half hour break)

Costs: $15.00 per person.

Limit: We try to limit attendance at 20 persons

School Owners: Bring five paying students and train free yourself
