Canadian Martial Arts Center Guest Instructor Program
Guest Instructor Program
Here at the Canadian Martial Arts Center we strive to give our students the most well
rounded education that we can. We teach our students that the Martial
Arts of the world are a Brotherhood.
For our students to better understand
what some of our other brothers do we invite instructors from other styles
to our Dojo to teach a class of their particular style and in return
we send one of our instructors to their dojo to teach a class.
We find that this is a positive experience for both the students and instructors.
If you would like to get involved with the program please send and email to
Sensei Aubrey Millard and we can
arrange a date and time for the classes.
Most G.I.P. classes at our
Dojo take place on Saturday afternoons when most people are able to attend.
The length of the class is up to the Guest instructor, classes can range anywhere
from 2 hours to 4 hours. These are actual "teaching" classes, not demonstrations.
Classes taught should be geared towards all belt rankings and should
demonstrate the unique aspects of your particular style. On Special
occasions we have had "Special" classes for higher level students. These
can be arranged on a case by case basis.
